At five feet seven, the pace it provides, especially up to six, is like a fast stroll for me, which is great for maintaining my fitness objectives. Even while the speed settings may not be as good as on a typical treadmill, they are still more than adequate for an excellent exercise.
Since I work from home, I got this walking pad to help me reach my step target. It is silent, portable, and generally simple to operate. It’s wonderful for a lunchtime stroll when I don’t have time to walk a few miles outside, but I wish the speed was a little bit higher.
I use this for work four or five days a week. Although I adore it, the remote quit functioning after three months.
